The Program Company is a design and technology studio. This page explains how we handle personal information when you use theprogramcompany.vercel.app or write to us.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company and a short brief. Those fields stay in your browser until you send the prepared email. We then receive whatever you choose to send.
If you email us directly, we receive the address you used and whatever you include in the message.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to understand the request and reply. If we take the work on, we use that correspondence to do the job.
We do not sell this information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
How it is sent
The contact form prepares an email in your own mail app. This website does not store the form contents before you send it.
Hosting, logs and cookies
The site is served by a hosting provider. They may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, so the site can run and faults can be found. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors.
We do not run a marketing pixel or an analytics product on this site today. We do not set advertising cookies. The host may use a cookie that is needed to deliver the page. You can block cookies in your browser. The site will still work.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence while they are useful, then deleted or archived with the rest of our mail. If we do not work together, we do not keep a separate file on you for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information with people who help us run the studio, such as email and hosting providers, and only as needed to reply or to deliver work. We may share it if the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will handle it. If you sent an enquiry, that email is the record we have.
